For the correct functioning and achievement of the Trust's goals, in its areas of influence it will be subject to all dispositions contained in the Trust Contract, the Operation Regulations of the Technical Committee, the General Law of Titles and Credit Operations, the Law for the Political and Administrative Organizations of the Free Municipality in the State of Querétaro, the Law of Affiliated Corporations in the State of Querétaro, the Law of Public Debt for the State of Querétaro, the Law of Responsibilities for the Public Servants of the State of Querétaro, the Law of Acquisitions, Alienations, Leasing and Services Procurement of the State of Querétaro, the Regulations concerning Alienations, Leasing and Services Procurement of the Municipality of Querétaro, and all other applicable legal dispositions.

Note: In order to maximize efficiency, a modification was made to the Trust's contract, as well as an addition to the Operatio Regulations.
