Our Mission
Our mission is to contribute to the sustainable management of the natural resources within the municipality, through the acquisition of land plots with environmental qualities, and taking care of the environmental services that may be offered, to promote the betterment of the environment, and as a consequence, a better quality of life for the municipality’s inhabitants.
Our Vision
FIQMA aims to be an institution with legal status and its own funding, with ample social participation and multiple fund sources, both national and international. Such institution will contribute with effectiveness and transparency to the occupation and sustainable management of the natural areas with environmental qualities in the municipality’s territory and its zones of influence.
Our Objectives-
Preserve and to use rationally the natural resources and promote complementary action for the ecologic regulation of the territory, through the attainment of funds and resources, to eventually achieve the completion of projects related, among others, to the management of natural resources.

To acquire land parcels for the preservation and rational use of the natural resources through direct purchase or when necessary,

to serve as an intermediary party, facilitating the expropriation processes among other parties.

To perform the necessary procedures to complement the economic funds and/or resources of the federal, state and municipal government, and also of public and private institutions, both national and international.

To perform actions to promote among the citizens an environmental culture.
